What is needed?
1. All family member's Name / Gender / Date of Birth (Time is nice to have) + Who is the Breadwinner?
2. Address of the home
3. If HDB, please check with Agent on the Lease Commencement (Start) Date of the unit. (For condos/ECs I can easy find the T.O.P. date)
4. Nice-to-have a copy of the layout plan.

FAQ 1:  For Packages 1, 2 & 3, will there be any analysis on the floors? Like which floors are better for us? For example, #06-119, #07-119, #08-119?

FAQ 2: We reserve the right to give a revised quote for "large" sites such as 
e.g. HDB Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah. 

As Garden Waterfront consists of I & II and a mega site, I need to know what is the scope of work:

Cannot be between 2pm to 5pm thus should be either:-
